Travel RN – Med-Surg/Telemetry | Night Shift | Syracuse, NY

Location: SUNY Upstate University Hospital, Syracuse, NY 13210
Contract Type: 15-Week Travel Assignment
Pay Rate: $55 – $65 per hour
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Position Summary

SUNY Upstate University Hospital is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (Med-Surg/Telemetry) to join its dedicated healthcare team. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in fast-paced, high-acuity settings and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a leading academic medical center.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license (New York or Compact)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience within the last 3 years in an acute care hospital
• Prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center or large healthcare facility required
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, telemetry monitoring, and critical thinking skills
